FAQ

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

• Instant downloads: After purchase, you can download it immediately from the order confirmation page.
• E-Mail downloads: You will also receive an email allowing you to download the file.

Due to the large file size, I recommend downloading it first on a desktop or laptop. Then you can transfer it to your mobile device.

If you don't have a desktop or laptop, try following the instructions below.

1. Update your iPhone to the latest version.
Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

2.If you are dealing with large files, make sure you have a strong and stable cellular/ Wi-Fi connection.

3.Only download files from the latest version of Safari.

4.If you are using a VPN, switch it off.

5. During download and installation, only turn on and run the Safari app.

• Mac: Right click on the Pdf file> Open with > Google Chrome or Safari
• Window: Right click on the Pdf file> Open with > Google Chrome

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.

I currently only have English products.

Due to the nature of the products (digital), refunds and cancellations are not accepted, except in the following cases:

• The product is defective or not working as intended
• Duplicate purchase

No, 1 license = 1 user
You should purchase one user license for each person who uses the purchased product.

Each user can download the purchased product on up to 2 devices.

No, It is not allowed to share, resell or redistribute files on any platform.

If you pay by card or PayPal, you don't have to worry because the currency will be automatically converted.
